This two-day event will take place on Friday, April 25, and Saturday, April 26, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, in Granbury, Texas. Designed to showcase 20 exceptional Texas wineries and 7 talented regional chefs, the festival promises an unforgettable experience for wine enthusiasts and food lovers alike. We expect thousands of wine enthusiasts, foodies, and travelers in North Texas and surrounding regions.

Please ensure you arrive on time to get your booth ready. Upon the event closing (Saturday, April 26 @ 7PM) all booths will need to be broken down promptly. ***Please don’t tear down early. We want all ticket goers to have a great experience.

Booth Requirements:
We’d love for you to make your winery booth as beautiful and as unique to you as possible!
Vendors – If you have white tents, we would prefer white.
Wineries – We understand many of you have branded tents, we welcome those and please bring your best swag and signage.
Security:
The city will provide a normal level of security. As well, the Granbury Wine Celebration festival hosts are providing additional overnight security, However, all vendors and wineries are responsible for securing their own goods and belongings during the event, especially overnight if you plan to leave your booth up.
Booth Size:
Each winery booth space is 10’x20’ feet.
Vendor booths are 10’x10′ unless otherwise arranged with event coordinators.
Electricity:
Electric outlets are located on the parameter of the courthouse and throughout the Langdon Center Lawn. Please be sure to bring extension cords if necessary based on your location. Also if your cord must pass over a walkway please bring appropriate cord covers to avoid tripping.

Wineries Ticketing & Rules
Each ticket holder is given a wine glass and 15 tasting tickets, one ticket per 1oz pour tasting.
The winery collects all tickets from attendees for tastings. Event volunteers will stop by your booth periodically daily to collect the tickets. The winery is paid .75 cents per pour/per ticket. Payment will be made to the winery at the end of the event.
Winery can sell wine by the bottles. As for wine by the glass we ask to sell only to ticket holders who have their glass. (This way the winery does not have to have glasses) this also encourages ticket sales.
Our expected number of attendees is 3000.
Winery Locations
*Please note that Langdon locations are marked with an “L” preceding the booth number.
