By accessing the Granbury Wine Celebration website, purchasing a tasting ticket, submitting an application, registering for updates, or otherwise interacting with Granbury Wine Celebration, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Event & Tasting Ticket Terms
Granbury Wine Celebration is a public festival featuring Texas wineries, vendors, food, entertainment, and other activities.
Wine tasting tickets and participation in alcoholic beverage tastings are strictly limited to guests age 21 and older. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required to receive a tasting glass, tasting credentials, or alcoholic beverages.
Purchasing a tasting ticket does not guarantee alcohol service. Granbury Wine Celebration and participating wineries reserve the right to refuse alcohol service when required or permitted by law.
Attendees are responsible for drinking responsibly and arranging safe transportation when necessary.
Ticket Purchases
Ticket prices, tasting quantities, festival hours, participating wineries, entertainment, vendors, programming, and other event details are subject to change.
Tickets may be processed through a third-party ticketing or payment provider and may also be subject to that provider’s terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, processing or service fees charged by third-party providers may be nonrefundable.
Vendor, Winery & Sponsor Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into Granbury Wine Celebration.
Granbury Wine Celebration reserves the right to approve participants based on event needs, available space, product category, quality, festival fit, and other considerations.
Additional rules, deadlines, payment requirements, setup instructions, and participation requirements may apply to accepted wineries, vendors, sponsors, and other participants.
SMS/Text Message Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/text communications from Granbury Wine Celebration at the number provided.
Messages may include:
- Festival announcements and updates
- Ticket information and reminders
- Event-day information
- Winery, vendor, entertainment, and schedule updates
- Special offers and promotions
- Presale and ticket announcements
- Future Granbury Wine Celebration event information
- Consent to receive SMS marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing a ticket, product, or service.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may reply HELP for assistance.
After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your request. You will no longer receive marketing text messages unless you subsequently opt in again.

Email communications may include festival announcements, ticket information, participating winery and vendor news, sponsor information, special offers, presale announcements, event reminders, and information about future Granbury Wine Celebration events.
Consent to receive marketing emails is not a condition of purchasing a ticket or participating in the festival.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by selecting the Unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails may not prevent you from receiving transactional or operational communications related to a ticket purchase, application, payment, registration, or other existing relationship with Granbury Wine Celebration.
We do not sell email addresses to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Communications & Information You Provide
You agree that information submitted through our website, ticketing platform, forms, applications, email subscriptions, or SMS registration is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Providing an email address or telephone number alone does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications where affirmative consent is required.
Photography & Video
Granbury Wine Celebration is a public event where photography and video recording may occur.
By entering festival areas, attendees acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in photographs, video, or other media captured during the event. Changes, Weather & Event Circumstances
Granbury Wine Celebration is an outdoor public event. Festival schedules, locations, entertainment, wineries, vendors, activities, and other programming may be modified due to weather, safety considerations, circumstances beyond our control, or operational needs.
Any cancellation, postponement, or refund policy applicable to a particular event will be communicated through the applicable ticketing platform or official Granbury Wine Celebration communications.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Granbury Wine Celebration is not responsible for loss, theft, personal property damage, third-party conduct, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Attendance and participation in festival activities are undertaken at the attendee’s own risk, subject to applicable law.
