4R Ranch Vineyards & Winery
Where the shortgrass prairie drops into the Red River Valley, the 4R Ranch—with its magnificent vistas and rocky terrain—is perfectly suited for growing grapes. Patriarch W.C. Roper encouraged his family of sixth-generation Texans to share the beauty of this extraordinary place with others; and so it was love of this man and love of the land that inspired 4R Ranch Vineyards & Winery. Chinquapin oaks, white-tailed deer, the endangered black-capped vireo, and the occasional Rio Grande turkey inhabit this incredible property. Powered by sun, earth and wind, 4R Ranch Vineyards & Winery calls us all to slow our pace, enjoy the view, and sip a glass of wine in the magnificent Red River Valley.

Blue Ostrich Winery
Blue Ostrich Winery & Vineyard is a family-owned and operated establishment with a rich history. For many years, this facility was one of the leading ostrich breeding and ranching operations in the Southwest. The building that now houses the winery, tasting room, and corporate offices once held ostrich eggs, chicks, and fledglings. To the west, the rolling acreage that now nurtures Tempranillo, Viognier, and Cabernet grapevines was once home to hundreds of seven-foot-tall ostriches roaming freely during the 1980s and 1990s.
As the ostrich ranching era came to an end and the herd was rehomed, the future of the remaining birds was uncertain—until inspiration struck for the winery’s name. Today, these feathered friends not only grace the Blue Ostrich label but also serve as the winery’s official mascots, welcoming visitors to the beautiful Red River Valley.

Piezo Winery is a boutique winery focused on producing exceptional, limited-production wines sourced from small growers in Sonoma County, California. Specializing in single-vineyard wines, the winery crafts around 400 cases annually, exclusively for dedicated wine enthusiasts. Each year, grapes are carefully selected to highlight the finest expression of each varietal. With a philosophy centered on minimal intervention, the wines are handmade in small batches to preserve the unique characteristics of the grapes and their origins.
The founder’s passion for winemaking began with a dedication to quality and a pursuit of knowledge at UC Davis, where they earned a degree in winemaking while balancing a full-time career. In 2015, Piezo Winery was established in a shared Sonoma County facility, producing its first vintage of four wines that reflect the hard work and dedication of its founders. Today, the winery thrives with ongoing collaboration between the founder and their partner, ensuring every bottle embodies their commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Rusty Hook Winery
This Gulf Coast winery began as a bold idea to create a destination in the small town of Long Mott, Texas. Inspired by a visit to Lavaca Bluffs Winery, the founders turned an old building into a winery on a shoestring budget. After 10 months of permits and renovations, they opened their doors, embracing the challenge with just five wines and a dream.
The building itself, a former Matagorda Island barracks, was relocated after the original post office burned down in 1972. Over the years, the winery has grown to 17 wines, weathering Hurricane Harvey and a global pandemic. Proud to serve both locals and visitors, they continue to thrive with the support of their loyal guests.
